Career Exploration is a curriculum available to youth to help them discover their skills and connect them with potential jobs or career paths. It’s especially helpful for individuals who are entering the workforce for the first time, or anyone needing to understand their current job skills. The program offers practical guidance and support to help participants make informed decisions about their employment journey.
Florida
In a job training program in Escambia County, Florida, high school students with special needs can receive classroom training and hands-on work experience at Goodwill retail stores. For youth with disabilities in the juvenile justice system, Goodwill offers the High School High Tech program. This program is only available through a referral.
